Rally for Campus Workers: Thursday, May 3rd in Hornbake Plaza, 2:00pm. The university administration has still not managed to improve the conditions of our workers. Instead, administrators are putting more effort into sweeping the suffering of our brothers and sisters under the rug than they are putting their efforts into ending it. It is once again time to stand up and speak out against the rampant injustices workers face on this campus and to present our demands publicly. As the great Dr. Martin Luther King once said: "A time comes when silence is betrayal." That time is now! Bring as many people as possible to the protest and promote it in your classes, through social networks, and by word of mouth. Let's make this the biggest JAM protest UMD has ever seen! I hope to see you all there.http://www.facebook.com/events/376170765759407/
